When to start?

From 12 weeks of pregnancy, with the agreement of your midwife or gynecologist

No medical prescription required

Compatible with physiotherapy: the two complement each other

 

Location and supervision:

Private heated pool 30-32°C

Maximum 5 participants for personalized attention

 

Session structure:

1️⃣ Aquagym – 40 min

Gentle exercises adapted to pregnancy

The water supports you: you only weigh 10% of your body weight

Relieves joints and muscles

Reduces heavy legs and promotes circulation

 

2️⃣ Childbirth preparation – 10 min

Alternating breathing during contractions / pushing techniques

Prepared movements to become automatic on the big day

Strengthens your confidence and independence

 

3️⃣ Relaxation – 10 min

A moment of intense relaxation for you and your baby

Floating to discover a feeling of well-being and security
